Applied AI, done properly
HSR AI Tech is an applied-AI company. We build, evaluate and deploy AI models and agent systems for businesses that want the technology doing real work — not running as a demo.
The work has three parts. Models: choosing, adapting and evaluating foundation models for a specific task, then deploying them where the client’s data already lives. Agents and pipelines: systems that read, decide and act across business tools, with a person approving anything consequential, and pipelines that turn documents and web sources into structured, checkable output. Advisory: helping a team decide what to build, what to buy and what to leave alone, and enabling them to run the result.
We are model-agnostic and cloud-native. Systems run inside the client’s own cloud account, we do not train on client data, and cost, latency and accuracy are measured from the first prototype.

Three habits we hold ourselves to

Measure it
Every model and agent is scored on the client’s own data before it ships. If the numbers are not good enough, we say so and change the approach.

Keep a person in the loop
Automation handles the volume; a named person approves anything consequential. Accountability does not move to the model.

Say what we do not know
Limits, failure modes and open questions are written down with the deliverable. A confident-sounding gap is worse than a stated one.
