Scope
HSR AI Tech provides market research, diligence fact-finding, executive introductions and research tooling only. We do not advise on the merits of any particular investment, do not arrange or execute transactions, and do not hold client money. We are not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority or any other financial regulator.
Services are provided only under a written engagement agreement that sets out the question, the deliverables and the fee. Fees are fixed or time-based and are never contingent on a transaction.

Every counterparty is checked against UK and US sanctions lists and export-control entity lists before we make an introduction.
